I have learned CSS and HTML, and after I was able to hand-code a website pages using HTML and CSS, I started to learn Bootstrap 3 and LESS/SASS. I feel that after getting the hang of CSS and HTML, it’s better to go for Bootstrap 3 for better development experience. I think CSS frameworks like Bootstraps 3, and LESS/SASS are the trend. CSS will eventually be much easier to use, and there is no much need to play with those tricky CSS tricks anymore – I am a programmer and I think that way I can focus the major part of my time and energy on programming, not being frustrated with CSS tricks any more(just think about how many ways there to style an <ul> into a nav bar using CSS!)
Bootstraps 3, LESS/SASS save time and energy for web developers(not web designers).
Do you guys agree? Again, I say this coz I am a programmer. If you are a web designer, then you must master all those stunning css tricks, I guess.
