Adding twitter or G= tweets to site

Is it possible to integrate G+ or Tweeter into wordpress site so that it automatically upgrades tweets?

Yes. There are tons of plugins on the wordpress.org site for both.

I don’t use any of these, but you can do a search on “twitter” and “google plus stream” on the WordPress plugin pages at wordpress.org.

Simple Twitter Connect and Simple Facebook Connect should get you started.
