Hi all. Thought I'd list some free image programs from across the net for others to see. Hope people find it useful

Good image viewing program. Very little editing capabilities, but has very good resizing/resampling functions.

http://www.ultimatepaint.com/
Ultimate Paint, easy to use and powerful. Shareware, basic functions are unrestricted but more advanced ones restrict saving.

Image Forge. Some people like it, some don't.

Gale. The page is in Japanese and I've never actually used this program, but I've heard good things.

Yup. GIMP's really good and people should check it out. I didn't list it because it's in the list on the site that I posted first in my list. If that makes any sense
