Talking How fast could you get 1000 backlinks?

I recently asked a friend how fast could you build 1000 backinks if you had to? Now i havent gotten any responds from him yet but i thought sitepoint might want to take a swing at this. questions.

How would you do it.
Dofollow
Backlinks from your website/blogs
Buying links
Software
Asking friends
Forum posting
Secret Tricks
Link bait

Personaly it might take me 10 days 100 links a day if i worked hard and really put alot effort into it. I know about 3 blogs where i could get 250 but after that i would be forum posting and probably hoping link bait would work.

Tell me how you would build 1000 links and how fast you could do it.

I wouldn't even try. Your focus on quantity instead of quality won't do your site any good. What does it matter whether you get 1,000,000 links if they don't do diddley for your site? You should be aiming for links that actually help your site, not a specific number of links.

If you really want to get 1000 links in a day or so then why not bookmarked your site to hundredths or thousands of bookmarking sites or why not try online groups submission. We all know that it will help a site increase it's traffic but not that much. Still, you have to find best relevant sites to link your site to.

For me maybe months. I'm still trying to get hold of this technique but anyway what I've heard is that link building effort which goes too fast can ended up your site getting penalized.

On creating backlinks for your site, its best that you do it consistently and not doing it all in one day and the next day none. And its best that you find related blogs as well to give it more value.

I can create backlinks quickly if I truly wanted to, but the problem is getting quality backlinks, that's always the rub and depending on the amount of time you have to invest will determine what you can do.

Common theme = quality over quantity

One quality backlink from NYTimes would be more valuable then a 1000 from a new directory with thousands of links per page

even if you do gather a thousand links.. there is no assurance that SEs is going to count them all as backlinks.. it also depends on quality and relevancy..

There’s always the option of using article marketing, my articles drive a fair amount of traffic to my site but the best link is still a relevant link or blogging about your subject.

A few easy ways to get links:
RSS feed submissions
Squidoo, hub pages and social bookmarks
Blogs (if you’re going to comment at least make it something we want to read)

Link exchanges are a good way to build quality backlinks on relevant sites.

My service will generate lots of quality backlinks for your domain quickly.

How long for 1000? I cant say exactly but around a few days or less.

Cheers

Link bait is by intending to attract others to naturally link to your site. The best way to do that is to create quality and interesting content.

I'm just creating 50 backlinks everyday but not included with weekends! And 1000/50 = 20 days! So in 20 days I already create a 1000 backlinks.

I'm doing it by forum posting and directory submission(with no approval) so it is a live links.

There is no need to get 1000 backlinks everyday. In stead try to get some quality backlinks from high PR websites. A backlinks form PR9 website is far more better than lots of backliniks from PR0 website.

I think your website will be penalized if the 1000 backlinks occur within a few days, and then stop.
I would rather have consistent 10 backlinks per day from PR6 and above websites. Even if I can get a backlink from a PR8 website in a month, I will be very happy with it.
