I just signup with them. Then i read at their term that they didn't let other ‘in-text’ advertising links anywhere on my site.

well, i have adbrite at my site, did it count as ‘in-text’ advertising links ?

no, you can use it with adbrite, it is normal contextual advertising. in-text link is kind of advertisement which underline various words on your page and converts them to ad links...
