YouTube Video - How Can You Stop Related Content Appearing At the End Of The Video

Morning From Dry & Crisp York UK,

Ok so you embed your YouTube promo vid and all is good until you get the end and 6 other competitors appear.

I hear you just have to append the url code. Below has ?rel=0 on the end of the url, does this still work?

Do you have to upgrade your YouTube to get rid off related content appearing at the end of the video or does the a simple ?rel=0 knock them out?

Have you tried it?
I have done this in the past (some time ago) and it worked then.
