My website is built in PHP, and I’ve created an XML file, but it’s not displaying properly and looks unclear in the browser. How can I correctly manage or format the XML page? You can view the sitemap at https://www.parivartanfoundation.com/sitemap.xml, Can anyone please suggest a solution?

If you built this, why does it say <!-- created with Free Online Sitemap Generator www.xml-sitemaps.com --> at the top?

To me, it looks exactly like an XML sitemap.
What did you expect to see that you are not seeing there?
