Wp all import plugin

hi…im using wp all import plugin for import products in my store,but when i import persian text every thing goes wrong and i just see some weird letters like ??? or something else,

any one know how can i fix this?

hi…your help with some addiitional works is helped me to solve this problem,thanks so much,

additional of change unicode we should replase the spaces too.but its up to your office to replace space with which character
