Iam develpoing a online shopping cart website with some pages regarding jobs and find your doctor pages
For the FIND YOUR DOCTORS page i have collected some doctors profiles,
i want the page to be, when the users search for a doctor,the page should display a list of doctors,
And for the find your doctor page will have search form fields like name,department,state,city,landmark.
How to create table and fetch data in the search page.
