Hi… I have an issue that I hope someone can help me out with. I am working on a WordPress project; and all was going great until I realized I couldn’t add the Bootstrap Search Form into the Bootstrap Navbar when using Nav Walker. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Why do you need to add search form using Nav Walker? Nav Walker is just a way to display menus on the front-end. You can very well put up the search form in the same container where the nav menu is output and then handle the layout & styling with CSS.
