You want all the pages of your website to have pagerank > 5? I doubt there is any site that can claim that.
But it might be possible to get for some pages.
Short-cuts and “tricks” won’t work.
Take a look at other pages that have pagerank > 5, see what it is about them that your pages lack, them make your pages worthy of being pagerank > 5.

I think you should contact the webmasters of every site, then make a negotiation about links exchange. I think you should also take a look for off-page SEO about getting backlinks.
