I want to know which seo technique is best to create high quality back links to get rank ?

None of them, unfortunately. They are all bad. Quality backlinks are not directly relevant to SEO as something you practice, as they only come from other people who find your content useful. If you create and/or organize them yourself, they are not quality backlinks.

You can create backlink with best off page techniques. There are Several off page method to create backlinks. They are give below -:

But as @ralphm has already pointed out, links which you can place yourself are regarded as of little worth by search engines, and if done to excess, can result in penalties for using “link schemes”. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66356?hl=en

You’ll also find that reputable sites follow Google’s guidelines and mark user-submitted links as nofollow, so they will be of no value for SEO purposes.

This Matt Cutts video suggests methods of encouraging people to link to you, but they basically all involve having great content. There really is no way around that.

googles webmaster tools will tell you where your current links to your site are coming from. Which may be useful to see who is linking to you.

Do the activity with high page rank forum and guest posting, article submission, classifieds, and business listing, social media bookmarking & directory submission website also. after couple of months… you will get backlinks easily…

@cristina007 how does any of this answer the OP, which is about creating backlinks? And where do your percentages come from? Can you give reputable quotes for these or are they just made up?

I’m sorry but I can’t even understand what you mean by some of these things, let alone how they generate backlinks…
Social media can be a good source of traffic but not backlinks. And what do you mean by web2.0 blog posting?? Or improved brand profiles??

It doesn’t - they are all alternative SEO approaches to bringing in traffic but none of those would help with creating backlinks.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean here. (your post reads rather as if it’s been spun or auto-translated from elsewhere.) But guest blogging is yet another technique which people have abused as a method of gaining backlinks, so you need to be careful with it.

I think guest posting is a very effective technique of getting quality backlinks if you do it intelligently.

If you’re using guest blogging as a means to get backlinks, then the chances are that they are not quality links and they will do you little good. If you are guest blogging because you have something unique and interesting to share, and your focus is upon the content, rather than upon a possible backlink, then yes, that could be beneficial.
