Which One is Best: Astra, GeneratePress or OceanWP?

I am trying to change look of my website. Heard a lot about Astra, GeneratePress and OceanWP. I am very confused with these 3, can anyone please tell me which one to go with?

I have never used any of them, but I would go with the one that is:

  1. Easier to understand

  2. Well documented

  3. And reasonably priced
