When using Bootstrap 3 or 4 to make a layout for TV or may for A3 size

When using Bootstrap 3 or 4 to make a layout for TV or may for A3 size, how on big display div container gets bigger… I currently have two displays connected and when Full size the browser in one, this is the same as full size extracted to both displays… well?

In other words large and x-large size is the same… well?

how in x-large size Bootstrap get bigger than 960px???

If it’s not getting larger than 960, you’re doing it wrong.
