I’ve planned I’ll purchase a domain name for my new eCommerce website that will contain my main keyword. Now I need to know about how much this domain name will be helpful for SEO purposes, i.e. how much time will this domain or keyword take to rank in Search Engine First Page if I build powerful backlinks?

Nobody can answer that question. However, what matters most in terms of search engine ranking is the quality of your content. Having your keyword in your domain is unlikely to have a noticeable effect on your ranking.
Its a myth that having exact domain name as your targeted keyword helps in SEO. People used to do it in the long past but it doesn’t matter at all. Focus on a brand term and do the SEO with great quality content. Branding and great content helps in SEO a lot.
I too own exact match keyword domain & it works well if you have the right matching content on your site.
CONTENT IS THE KING.
So make sure the contents are unique / relevant to your domain & website , which will have a decent impact on Google rankings.
But just with EMD domain , things will not work as we all expect , it used to be some time in the past.
Google has changed its algorithm with related to EMDs.
At the moment, the keyword or company name in the domain name does not really matter. But if the brand and the site have one name is good. First of all, you need to work on brand awareness and popularity.
