What percentage of link juice is passed in a 301 redirect with backlinks?

Hi,

If I link one domain name to another with a permanent 301 redirect what percentage link juice is passed to the site? (the redirected site has about 20 backlinks)

That’s not what Matt Cutts says in the video in the post @SamA74 linked to above, so do you have a more recent Google source to back up your statement?
