Simply naming a tool without giving any further information is not really helpful to anybody.

Adobe Illustrator is very difficult to learn if you’ve never had vector art tool experience before.

Alyssangel82, how about ordering the list of tools in some manner, like price or ease of use? That’ll make it more informative.

LogoYes: As there are no special effects, and only allows one graphic icon per logo, this tool costs $0.99 (with high-resolution versions).
Canva: The most preferred one, because it is as easy as dragging-and-dropping. The templates are of high quality as well. Though, you’ll need to pay $1 for premium elements.
LaughingBird: It is a one-time investment of $37 with unlimited logo edit. Pick this if you want to use it for an informal company.
LogoMaker: This tool offers 10,000+ icons and images created by pro designers. But, if you create your own logo and want to dowload it, you’l have to pay $39.99.
Logo Design Studio Pro: This tool offers really cool special effects. The one-time investment is $49.99.
Sothink: Costs $59.99. Few special effects. 300+ free templates.
Designhill: It does not offer much customization options. Charges $20 for a low-resolution file, and $65 for a high-resolution one. Least fave.

I usually use Canva. It’s rather easy and have many features to take advantage of.

I think DesignMantic is the best because it not just offers a range of icons (match for all the possible industries) but it also provides instant business card, website and marketing collateral development. So if you are starting up a business, you can get all the things at one place and that too, in a very affordable price.

Because it allows you simply and fast to create some good design. I love the templates they provide. Canva itself very user-friendly and provides many good versions of what you can even imagine.
