Based on a persona that I have, I need to say which website functionality of a mobile purchase website would be important for that user. But I want to know:

  1. What is functionality in web design? Examples
  2. How to integrate the functionality into website?
  3. Where can I learn basics about website functionality etc?

Can someone help me out with this?
