Did you take the time to follow the steps for creating an AMP page, including the required markup? The key to the validator working would probably be the inclusion of the AMP JS file in this line.

i have not uploaded script file , it is necessary for amp , only this file i have to upload , how can valitade it ,
From what I can make out, it’s not just the script you need, you have to include all of the required markup if you don’t want the validator throwing errors.

I’m not at all sure what you’re trying to achieve, @seoindiaexperts. If you want to create AMP pages, then you have to follow all the steps in the instructions: https://www.ampproject.org/docs/get_started/create_page.html
If you just want to check your page speed with Google, then you’re in the wrong place. You want this link instead: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

AMP or Accelerated mobile page is project of google to render mobile page faster. This is very useful for news publishers so anyone can read full article (news) quickly
This generally happen when news article published in social stream ( present in Google+ ) or in Apps( Google Now) .
AMP page have limited html tags ( similar to html email ) , no forms ( only iframes) , no complex external scripts or animated
sole aim of AMP is deliver pages faster with great reading experience
