What are you using for Social Customer Relationship Management?

I’m paying more attention to customer support in my social media accounts, because I’ve seen a noticeable increase in the number of people who contact my business that way.

I’m looking for a reliable way to manage all of their inquiries from Facebook and Twitter, because it is getting overwhelming and I want to protect my reputation, because some users are pretty impatient and they will leave a negative review without any consideration…

Anyways, I want a fast way to bring them customer support while saving time and resources.
I’ve looked into different software solutions, and I’ve found the following ones:

  • Kayako (This is my favorite so far now)
  • Pipedrive
  • Freshsales
  • Zoho CRM
  • Insightly

These are the options I’ve been researching for a while, but your input would be valuable, especially if it is from your experience. Thanks in advance!

Kayako is my personal favourite as well. I have been using it for my business since a long time. If you are okay with it, you should go ahead.
