Website Design Tool

Hello Members,
Can anyone please tell me, which is the best designing tool?

<snip>

Def. Photoshop.

What kind of tool are you looking for? If it’s drawing up the site itself, as Mike88Chicago said, Photoshop is probably the best tool.

If you’re looking for a tool to assemble the site, that’s when your options grow. Most people will tell you to get a good text editor and refresh your HTML/CSS skills. But if you need to use a graphical editor, Dreamweaver is in the same family as Photoshop (Adobe) and is generally recognized as the best, but it can be a bit pricy. A good free alternative I’ve used is openElement.

Good luck with your project!

Adobe Photoshop & Macromedia Dreamweaver one of the best web designing tools. All developer love to work with these tools

Not all - I’ve never used Photoshop and I haven’t used Dreamweaver since it was owned by Macromedia - and Adobe acquired Macromedia in 2005. :slight_smile:

There is a thread here about members’ favourite editors and you’ll find quite a variety listed.

But as seedubs has pointed out, the question is a bit vague, and we really need sudhir12 to explain exactly what he/she is looking for in order for us to make helpful suggestions. I don’t think there’s any such thing as a “best” tool - simply the one you prefer and which best suits your way of working.

I think I should follow yourself website design based on html source code and C

Photo shop is one of the best designing tool for web designing

Some very useful tools are available for website designing and these are Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Firebug, bootstrap and many more…

Web designing tools are of different kind. Please mention what are your requirements whether you need it for website development, as a graphic editor, web development application or as vector graphics.

The OP hasn’t explained what they’re looking for and hasn’t returned to the thread, so there seems to be no point in continuing to post suggestions or ask for clarification.

Thanks to those who contributed. Thread closed.
