Is there any table suggesting pricing for web development? Large companies charge from changing a button or placing a ling to modifying or customizing, a smaller company would make a general offer a more whole picture altogether… my question is, is there any specific guideline from the web comunity etc…

Nope, because there are too may variables. Location, size and scope of job, size and reputation of the company.
Location is the biggest factor. Some areas are willing to pay more than others. Larger corporations will be ready to be pay more than others.
