I don’t think that’s a question anybody can give a definitive answer to. It depends on a number of factors.
Different search engines use different algorithms to calculate SERPs, so you may see an effect in one but not in another.
Also, where and how have you been link-building? Google places little value on links which you can place yourself (what Google describes as “not editorially vouched for”), so if the bulk of your links fall into this category, you can expect to see little change in Google. (Other search engines may differ.)

The best way to create backlinks with real value is, of course, to have great content which other sites will choose to link to. There’s a useful video from Google with some ideas for this:
But backlinks alone will never be enough to influence your position in SERPs. Results will largely depend on the quality of your site, and the number and quality of competitors you have.
@TechnoBear the keyword campaign i stated changing their position after 2 to 3 days my 1 keyword is on 41 position now it is on 33 but when i see today it goes to 40 after 2 days
