VS Code Intellisense

Intellisense in VS Code is driving me nuts with its suggestions. I find that a) it interferes with my train of thought, and b) is more disruptive than helpful. Initially, I thought this was because I had the copilot extension installed, but I uninstalled it and the problem persists.

What can I do to stop this incessant, noisome suggesting of the next line of code?

I read the article. For now, I’ve shut intellisense down. Perhaps later, when I’m more experienced, I’ll tinker with those settings. For now, I don’t want the distractions.
