I am hoping someone can help with my next page build.
I want to build some voting buttons using HTML. For example, I’ll have a photo contest and I want users to vote on which photo they like the best. There could be up to 100 photos or so. I would like each user to have one vote per day (maybe this is tracked through cookies?). Is there an inexpensive program that will allow for this? Or how do I build HTML coding?
