Uploading zip file and then exracting files using php

Hi
I am working on a project where i need to upload zip file and then extract those files to predefined locations.

i know about normal file handling but never worked with zip files.

just read Using the new ZIP extension tutorial earlier and it seems easy.

is it really that simple?

do i need to know more about it?

A nice easy pre-made script i like is PCLzip which has very good documentation http://www.phpconcept.net/pclzip/
