Uninstalling visual composer plugin

I have a WordPress website. It has visual composer as a plugin and most of the pages are built using visual composer. Now, if I uninstall visual composer what would happen to the contents, created using VC.
The VC plugin came built-in with the theme. I do not want to upgrade the previous version, so there might be some compatibility issue.

I would suspect that any page built with visual composer would be broken. The best way to test what will happen is to copy the code and database locally then disable and uninstall the plugin. At which point go through the pages and error log to determine the level of overall negative impact. If the impact is to great and all the pages break it might be worth considering another option such as upgrading and/or rebuilding all the pages without the use of the plugin.

Thanks motor_man. I will check as you instructed. Then I will get back to you.
Although it looks like a lot of hassle I would have to go through.
