Ul li float issues

please advise how i get the list items in the SERVICES area in the middle of this page to look like the attached image where there’s two on the left and two on the right???

That won’t fit your design very well. But you could make the container wider and float the list items, though if you float them you’ll have to reorder them a bit, as every second one will be in the right column.
