Would you recommend selling a potential trademark domain name on Flippa?
The domain is www.JCB.construction
JCB is also the initials of someone I know so we could use the domain but I want to know whether you think it would sell on Flippa?

You can list it — Flippa won’t stop you, unless JCB has enforced their trademark by sending Flippa a DMCA takedown request in the past. It’s always a bit of a gamble with this kind of domain, as the trademark holder can slap you down at any moment.
