Tooltip practice

So I just went through a tutoral online, about how to do CSS only tooltips. I tried many times to follow step by step. Thought I had it all at the end, but figured that I had some stuff missing in the body {}.

Don’t know if it has to do anything with the tooltip not showing up, soooo I kinda cheated :fearful:
