Without seeing your code I think it unlikely that anyone can help.

If you’re trying to sign in to a site which isn’t yours, and seeing this error, then I don’t think you can do anything about it, other than contact the site in question and draw their attention to the problem.

It is still unclear (to me, at least), whether you are asking about logging in to a third-party site, or using CAPTCHA on your own site.
If it is the latter, then the first thing you need to do is to tell us which CAPTCHA you are currently using, as there are multiple versions.

Then, as I say, I don’t think you can do anything other than report the problem to the site.
I’m wondering if it might have anything to do with an adblocker?
If you are using one, try logging in to the site with it disabled. Also, you could try using different browsers. That might help if it’s browser related instead of site related.

Yes i can solved this problem brother don’t worry about that …is this reCAPTCHA or another one… let me clear first…
