when i add Table of content via any Table of content plugin its not displaying in the front end plz help
You might want to start with mentioning a few of the plugins you tried and if you see any errors. Are they just not showing? Have you tried disabling all your other plugins and just run that one? Have you contacted the authors?
I used Table of Contents Plus plugin on PressBook Grid BlogsVersion: 1.0.7 By ScriptsTown but it doesnt help
