SVG hover or click tool tips assistance

Hi guys,

I need some assistance with placing tooltips on the red round balls of the SVG. With the library I am using I am able to add it to anything other than the SGV itself. Have a look at the code here: https://jsfiddle.net/Archie22is/qkf6sLyb/7/

I basically want to have the popups everytime you hover or click over the four balls. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I’m not entirely sure what you want, but you can target the svg elements with css and pseudo classes, like this if it helps:-

#Reflect-on-the-film {
  display: none;
}
g:hover #Reflect-on-the-film {
  display: block;
}
