It doesn’t work when you over over the menu and the sub menu’s don’t appear. As far as I’m aware I’ve placed files and codes and images and paths in the write places but can’t figure out what is wrong

and not: https://web146.secure-secure.co.uk/organicwebdesigns.co.uk/wp-content/themes/eBusiness/payme.php
If you look at the console for the page that isn’t wrking you see:
[blocked] The page at https://web146.secure-secure.co.uk/organicwebdesigns.co.uk/wp-content/themes/eBusiness/payme.php ran insecure content from http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5.2/jquery.min.js.
Try changing http://ajax.googleapis.com, into https://ajax.googleapis.com
