Share files folders between 2 windows 7 computers

hi all

how to share files and folders between 2 computer running windows 7.

i have googled around and found the threads that show how to share files between computers runing on
window 7 and xp or
window 7 and vista

but cant find solution for sharing files between 2 computers both on windows 7 through workgroup.

The process is the same when using workgroup as the previous versions.

To be honest, if the files you are syncing a relatively small you can’t go wrong with dropbox
