I’m involved in a football (or “soccer” as some prefer calling it) club that’s arranging an annual tournament for kids age 7-12. We’ve been doing this for a dozen years and we now have 200 teams, 3,000 players and 500 leaders.
So far, we’ve done all the work by hand, on paper. 
What we need is some kind of web application, preferrably php and MySQL, which we can use to organize the tournament, where the teams can add their players, leaders, etc.
As the club is non profit and we who are running it are putting in tons of hours for free, it would of course be wonderful if such application were free - or at least not very expensive.
Anyone knows?
