Script doesn't work in theme!

Hi guys,
I have a form contains html/java script which is totally working, when I import that to wordpress, then the html part works but not the script part.

How to solve this issue please, I’ve tried all kind of plugins, and even to edit functions.php, still the script part is not functioning.

Any hint!

Is it a Java script, JavaScript or JQuery in the form? JQuery has to be handled a bit differently in a WordPress website.
