We will choose the appropriate delivery method for your order to your specific address. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific carrier when you place your order.<br /><br /><strong>Tracking Information<br /></strong>If available by the chosen carrier, we will email you a tracking number.<br /><br /><strong>Original Packaging and Repackaging</strong>&nbsp;<br />Sometimes items will not ship out in an original box. For instance Treegator Bags may ship out in a box for a hedge trimmer. Felco shears may ship out in an envelope rather than a box. Most parts will ship out in relabeled boxes.&nbsp;<br /><br />Some manufactures ship new products to us with two units in one box. Many hedge trimmers and chainsaws will ship repackaged. Please double check the product inside the box.&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>In Stock, Delivery Delayed, or Sold Out&nbsp;<br /></strong>If the item shows &ldquo;In Stock&rdquo; it will typically ship within one business day.<br /><br />Some items will show as "Delivery Delayed". This means the product is not expected to ship for 3 - 7 business days. If it is going to longer than the expected 3 - 7 business days we will contact you. Seasonal items ordered out of season may take longer than 3 - 7 business days; please keep this in mind when ordering out of season.&nbsp;<br /><br />Items showing "Sold Out" are currently not available for purchase. We can not stock every part available on our parts finder but we do stock thousands of common parts and if they are in stock we will strive to meet our one business day standard.<br /><br />When you order a part on our parts finder it may have to be ordered from our supplier and it can take anywhere from 3 &ndash; 10 business days to receive the part, depending on the supplier. Once we receive the parts we will ship them as soon as possible.<br /><br />Parts will sometimes be drop shipped directly from our warehouses, vendors, and manufactures. We do this to provide the fastest shipping possible.<br /><br />
<p>Many items in our Parts Finder fall under the Special Order Returns policy, and are not eligible for return. <strong>Large Parts<br /></strong>Some large items sold as "Parts" including but not limited to Mower Decks and Frames are too big to be shipped standard ground. If this is the case you will be notified by email of the additional charges that will occur.<br /><br /><strong>Lift Gate Service<br /></strong>All of our "Free Shipping" prices are for commercial delivery, a dock, or facility with the ability to unload your product. If you are shipping to a residence or need lift gate service it is available, you can choose to add it during checkout.&nbsp;<br /><br />You will need to add lift gate service if you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or enough people to lift what it is you ordered off the truck.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</div>

<div><strong>PO Box and APO/FPO&nbsp;<br /></strong>We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, but some items may be considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped to these addresses. We will inform you if your purchase cannot be shipped and will try to work out a solution. We can only ship via USPS to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.<br /><br /><strong>Different Billing and Shipping Address<br /></strong>If your billing and shipping address are different we reserve the right to verify the shipping address before processing the order. If we deem further verification is needed regarding differing address we will contact you by phone and email. If contact is not able to be made within two weeks of the order being placed we will cancel the order. <div><br /><strong>Unopened Merchandise Return (New In Box)</strong></div>
<div>The customer may return any unopened (New in Box) merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. As previously stated, even if the&nbsp;<strong>PRN</strong>&nbsp;is granted, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound shipping and return shipping charges.</div>
<div><br /><strong>Opened Merchandise Return</strong><br />Merchandise that has been &ldquo;Opened&rdquo; may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, but there will be a 15% restocking fee. As previously stated, even if the&nbsp;<strong>PRN</strong>&nbsp;is granted the customer will be responsible for both the outbound shipping and return shipping charges. The returned items must be in a condition worthy of selling &ldquo;new&rdquo; with all original materials and packaging present.<br /><br />
<p><strong>Parts&nbsp;Returns</strong><br />Parts are&nbsp;eligible for returns but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All Parts Returns must be returned to Russo Power Equipment within 10 business days of confirmed delivery. Once gassed or oiled it cannot be shipped by law. If you have gassed or oiled the machine and are having problems, you will need to take it to an authorized service center. If it is a manufacturer defect it may be covered under warranty through that service dealer.</p>
<strong>Canceled Orders</strong>&nbsp;<br />Once&nbsp;Orders have&nbsp;<em>shipped</em>&nbsp;they have no way of being canceled for any reason. If you choose to refuse the order it will be considered a return. You will be charged round trip shipping costs and returned the rest of your money.</div>
<div><strong><br />Damaged Products</strong></div>
<div>It is the consumer&rsquo;s responsibility to inspect the merchandise before signing for merchandise.</div>
<div><br /><em>Possible Damage</em>&nbsp;<br />If it appears the packaging looks damaged ask the carrier to note the package may have freight damage while the deliverer is present. If the deliverer is not present take pictures of the package as this will help if a claim is needed. If you find the product inside is damaged please contact us with the details so we can remedy the situation promptly.<br /><br /><em>Clear Damage</em>&nbsp;<br />If there is clear damage to the product DO NOT SIGN for the package REFUSE DELIVERY, and CONTACT US. <div><strong>Missing or Damaged Material Returns<br />If you have received your&nbsp;PRN&nbsp;and are returning a product that is missing the original box, manual, packing material, any original contents, accessories, or if anything is damaged you will be charged an additional fee over the restocking fee.<br /></strong></div>
<div><br /><strong>Defective Products</strong></div>
<div>We recommend that you use or at least inspect the product as soon as possible. That way we can remedy any issues as quickly as possible.</div>

<div>Another viable solution would be to call the manufacturer. Most manufacturers have a product support/customer service line. Please have the model and serial number of the product ready for the most expedited service.</div>
<div>If you have gassed or oiled your power equipment and are having problems with it, you will need to take it to an Authorized Service Center. We cannot take something back that has been gassed or oiled. You can find the closest servicing center to you by visiting the manufacturers website or by calling the manufacturer. Because we sell so many brands and warranty parameters change so often, we suggest you check the manual or visit the manufacturer&rsquo;s website for full warranty details.&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><span>An item with a manufacturer&rsquo;s warranty can be taken to any authorized service center. For local customers of Russo Power Equipment, we encourage you to use our first-class repair and service center for all your warranty needs. If you are not buying locally, you should find the nearest service center to you and bring your machine there.
