Redirect link issue may be mod-rewrite is wrong

During settipng up my website (PhpProBid based), I enable mod_rewrite option in SEO setting. Now, everything has gone. I can’t even access my admin panel because it has been redirected to other url.
before this, i have control in http://www.ebida.my/index.php?module=admin
in dashboard, i edit site setting>seo
it says mod_rewrite is failed to functioning. but i tried to enable it and suddenly this happens
after that happens, I tried to edit in phpmyadmin > ppb_setting > site_path
the original value is www.ebida.my
Please help me
