my site currently even if i type www.mysite.com, it goes to site.com in the address bar.
i checked the dns zone in cpanel which has the www cname that points to site.com.
but still the site goes to non www.
what could be wrong. ![]()

Whats in your htaccess?
no htaccess file found.
That looks like a DNS question. If you can view/edit the DNS settings for your domain, you can create another entry to allow the www’d version of your domain (a cPanel host would do this automatically - get a good host would be my recommendation). It would look just like the non-www’d entry but specify www.example.com. I’m not a DNS expert so I’ll let someone else give the exact line for your domain.
