Can you recommend a social share plugin (hopefully free or one time cost) that can accommodate custom dynamic content such as image, title, description? I have various content on the page with different Questions and Answers and images, and would like the share to post the Q/A/Image, rather than just the general page fixed URL meta Open Graph data. Preferred sharing to Facebook and Twitter.
