Project Signoff Letter

Hi, I need a Project Signoff Letter asap - anyone has one or what do you normally do upon termination of project so that clients don’t keep comingfor changes? Thanks beforehand.

Here is what I use (without my company letterhead and name - I took those out)

It works pretty well, just by signing they seem to understand that they can’t keep calling b/c I haven’t had one request for unpaid changes after a client has signed off.
