Help! I did not create this site but made some changes. I transferred the “Sign up to receive posts via your inbox” from the left sidebar to the right and now it’s not working. Here are the three most important things that are wrong:
1.) Several subscribers who were receiving all the posts say they are no longer receiving them…however, I am subscribed to all categories and have received them all so have no idea where to start with this.
2.) After adding your email address to the sign up box (top right sidebar), an email arrives to confirm, but when you click the confirmation link, it takes you to the homepage (with “Subscription Successful” as title of page). It used to take you to a page to choose your categories and confirm but have no idea where it is.
3.) The unsubscribe link is also going to the homepage instead of an unsubscribe page.
I’ve compared the current code to the original php files and it is the same. I’m not sure why it’s not working.
