Problem with the positon: fixed; when the windows is resized

Hello,

I’ve a problem with a menu who is in fixed position. It work without problem when the browser’s windows is with a 100% size, but when I resize his width and make a horizontal scrolling, a blank appear.

Here is a screenshot when it work good :

But if I resize the width of my windows, a blank appear between the left content and the right menu :

I don’t know a solution to fix this bug, have you one ?
