Problem in rendering textfile in atom text editor

My file doesn’t display it’s proper contents it shows as if it was invisible, I am currently using atom text editor v 1.25.1 can somebody help me with this i would appreciated it a lot thanks! this is the file.

Obvious question, but can you open the same text file in a different editor and have it preview correctly?

Try

  1. copying the file with a new extension so as not to lose the contents
  2. opening the renamed file
  3. check the file length of both files
  4. selecting all content
  5. check opening another file with the same extension
  6. change default colours eg yellow on red
  7. notice if cursor keys or mouse can scroll the file
  8. delete app and reinstall

Edit:
Post the results.

@John_Betong @James_Hibbard tried opening it in notepad it displays a blank file, however in sublime text editor it shows
