Plugins for congratulations (confetti )

Hi!, can I ask some help please where I can find some nice js plugins that was use by some other game app, that will show congratulations showing stars if there is a winner…because I want to make simple game, If the user will press the button it will random all images that was stored in database. and then reveal one image and then show confetti ? Is there plugins for this ?

What engine do you use? pixi? phaser? just plain canvas?

Hi, I have not use any of them yet, I am not familiar with pix and phase, but I love to learn on that, so which one do you suggest to use ?
