Hi there, All my plug-ins are not being shown by WP in the Dashboard Sidebar Panel. When I click on the plugin from the top bar showing notification “Sorry, you are not allowing to access this page”. How can I solve this issue? Please help me.

The reason you are not seeing the Plugins option in the left hand menu bar is due to you having the multisite setup enabled. In this setup, the plugins option is moved to the Network Admin menu. This is located under the My Sites menu located at the left side of the upper toolbar.
