I found a service provider for psd to wordpress pressifyme https://www.pressifyme.com/psd-to-wordpress/. If anyone have experience with this company so please share your experience, then only I will make a final decision or anyone has experience with another company then also share your experience.
I have not had any dealings with this company, but looking at their site, the pages do not pass validation, so I would not rate their coding skills.
