So I love the Kevin Yank books on PHP & MySQl, however, I noticed that the code for the add and delete joke database in the 5th version is incomplete. The code for the earlier editions work but this 5th edition does not. Does anyone know whether the form for adding and deleting the joke has be updated to work yet in the 6th edition? Do you know where I can find the code for the separate form page and delete joke selections?

Has anyone seen or gotten the updated code yet? Is it out with version 6 of the book?

Is there a url in the book somewhere that provides a download of supporting code? Sometimes these will contain any error fixes found after publication.
