PHP & MySQL: Novice to Ninja 7th, page 20. Didn't understood

I’m a novice and starting learning by the book. But on page 20 there is this sentence:
… you can just open the window and run step 3.
I can’t find step 3. (Beside that, I didn’t knew I made step 1 and 2).
I’m stuck on installing all on a desktop with OS Windows 11. Who can make it claer to me? Is there somthing different on Windows 11 and WSL 2?

To put that in context:-

  1. navigate to the folder you created
  2. open your terminal/Windows PowerShell as you did earlier
  3. run docker compose down

If you’ve left the terminal open in the background, you can just open the window and run step 3.

It’s saying if the terminal is still open, skip 1 and 2, then just do 3: run docker compose down in the terminal already open.
